BURN BOXING was founded in London (Fulham) by two trainers who wanted to put REAL boxing training back into the group fitness world.
With too much time spent on burpees and not enough on technique, Burn Boxing is here to change that.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
We want to build a strong community of people as we believe in educating and motivating each individual with a true boxing experience – From stance, footwork movement, correct punching technique & the physical fitness aspect that comes along with it.
I tried Burn Boxing for the first time. Even though I have done boxing before, this one-on-one training was really effective and fun, because it was tailored to my fitness and skill level. Anna, was such a fun and focused trainer, she did not push too hard but also knew when to, she made it simple to follow instructions and found creative ways to help me work on my "bad habits" during boxing.
I started doing 1 to 1 session with Lance a few weeks ago to help loose weight, I never had done Boxing before, after my first session I completely fell in love with the boxing training. Lance is a amazing coach - very patient and very professional. He make each hard session enjoyable and fun. I definitely recommend Burn Boxing for all age and level. I’m sure you will love it like I do!!

This is a great workout for learning the best boxing technique, getting fit and having fun! The trainer’s knowledge and experience shows as they continually pushed and motivated me to perform at my best. I would highly recommend for those looking for a way to get fit without even noticing because you’re having so much fun.
This is such a fun and challenging class for boxing! I learned so much about boxing tecnhiques as I knew nothing when I first started! Lance certainly makes sure you are doing everything correctly so you also avoid any injuries. As well as all the friendly class members that are so welcoming and the pumping music, this class is what you need to get your day started on a Saturday morning!
Great work out, it's fun, de-stressing and really intense. The instructors are also amazing, and accomodating to your needs. I definitely recommend it!
Absolutely fantastic workout, super motivating being surrounded by other people ready to box...but don’t get me wrong- it’s called BURN boxing for a reason..they really make you work hard!!!
I thought the best part of it though were the amazing PTs-Anna and Lance. They won’t let you give up half way and will make you push harder every time!! THANK YOU!!! Xxx
Burn Boxing is a brilliant way to start the weekend! The balance between it being a really great workout and focusing on improving technique is perfect. It’s so much fun and the sessions always fly by. I leave having been pushed to my limit and looking forward to next week’s class. Lance and Anna are an awesome team!
Love this academy and what it stands for. I’ve learnt so much in such a short amount of time... can’t wait to keep at it and improve my style. And getting fit is just another bonus in the meantime! 🔥🍑 10/10
